What time is check-in and what time is check-out?

Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is at 12pm. If you wish to check-out after 12pm, our fee is $50 + taxes per hour until 4pm (upon availability of the hotel). As of 4pm, the full rate of the night will be charged.

Can I cancel my reservation?

If you would like to cancel a refundable reservation, the cancellation policy is up to 24 hours prior to arrival. However, for all cancellations made after that delay, the first night of your reservation will be automatically be charged on your credit card. We can refuse the modification if the delay is past.

Can I cancel a prepaid reservation?

If your reservation is prepaid non-refundable, you may cancel your reservation but you will not be refunded. Therefore, the payment of your entire stay will be taken. No cancellation or changes are possible regardless the circumstances.

What is your currency policy and do you accept U.S. Dollars?

Our currency is Canadian dollars. Yes, we can exchange your U.S. currency at par value.

Is Hotel Gault a non-smoking hotel?

Yes, Hotel Gault is 100% a non-smoking hotel. Please note there is a penalty fee of $200 for smoking in the room.

Do you offer parking? If yes, what is policy?

Yes, we offer self parking for $35 + taxes per night. We also self day-use parking at $30 + taxes per day.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes, we have 6 connecting rooms as well as 1 reduced mobility room. Please note that it is only upon request and availability, therefore please contact the hotel directly for the needed arrangements.

Are you a pet-friendly hotel?

Yes, Hotel Gault is a pet-friendly hotel and the pet fee is $60 + taxes, per pet and per night.

Do you have rollaway beds, and if yes, what is the policy?

Yes, we can accommodate a rollaway bed at a rate of $70 + taxes per night and per rollaway bed. We can also provide complimentary cribs. Please note that we have a limited number of extra beds. Therefore, they are provided upon availability, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Do you serve breakfast at the hotel? If yes, what are the opening hours?

Yes, we serve breakfast from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 10:30am and Saturday and Sunday from 7:30am to 11:30am.

Yes, we have a Bar open from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 3am.
